Turn notifications on or off
Allow or block notifications from all sitesOn your computer, open Chrome.
At the top right, click More More and then Settings.
At the bottom, click Advanced.
Under "Privacy and security," click Site settings.
Click Notifications.
Choose to block or allow notifications:
Block all: Turn off Ask before sending.
Block a site: Next to "Block," click Add. Enter the site and click Add.
Allow a site: Next to "Allow," click Add. Enter the site and click Add.

Click Content Settings located under Privacy,
next scroll down to the Notifications section.
If one does not want to receive notification from any and every website, they will have to choose the option which states “Do not allow any site to show notifications.”
This in turn will go ahead and disable all and every notification without letting any website to send notifications to users even in coming future.
The sequence of steps is given below:

Users requiring more specific discretionary blocking of website notification that are bothersome can individually disable said notifications. You will have to click the Manage Exceptions button located under the Notifications heading. This will display all the websites allowed to send notifications currently.
One will have to click the allow button next to the name of the website and select Block option from the displayed drop-down menu. If you want to go the other way, then you can receive notification only from a particular website. This can be done by choosing “Do not allow any site to show notifications” in order to disable every notification.

Turn off notifications from websites in Chrome on Android
In the top right-hand corner of Chrome for Android, tap the overflow menu. Head to Settings > Site settings > Notifications.
